Organic chicken thighs baked in butter, sea salt, and pepper; and topped with house made bruschetta. Organic wild rice pilaf. Side salad with arugula, seasonal fresh veggies, and house-made balsamic dressing.

Garlic Basil Pork Chops + Sweet Potato Fries & Aioli + Roasted Lemon Broccoli

Local pork chops, seared then baked in garlic basil cream sauce. Sweet potato fries baked with olive oil, tossed in rosemary, drizzled in raw honey, and served with our house-made olive oil aioli. Broccoli roasted in olive oil and seasoned with lemon zest and celtic sea salt.

Pot Roast & Gravy + Mashed Red Potatoes + Roasted Broccoli & Carrots

Melt in your mouth, fall apart-y pot roast with collagen and mineral rich house-made gravy. Mashed organic red potatoes. Roasted broccoli and carrots seasoned with dehydrated onions and oregano.
