Organic quinoa tossed with peanuts, chickpeas, bell peppers, cabbage, green onion, and cilantro, and served with a thai peanut dressing. Dairy free pot de cremes made with creamy coconut milk, dark chocolate, and maple syrup.

Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin + Summer Vegetable Roast + Bacon Wrapped Pears

Local pork loin baked with maple syrup and dijon mustard. All the local vegetables we can find roasted with himalayan pink salt, and black pepper. Pears wrapped in bacon and baked in the oven.

Farmers Market Meal

It’s a surprise!!! But it’s going to be a delicious surprise that supports your local economy. We are going to be working with farmers in the Willamette Valley to source a meal made with ingredients found at your favorite farmer’s markets. We’ll announce exactly what it will be on our Instagram stories the Saturday before.
