Bacon Cranberry Gouda Burgers + Cucumber Tomato Salad + Sweet Potato Fries & Aioli
Happy Birthday to meeee! Grass-fed beef mixed with cranberries and bacon and stuffed with smoked gouda cheese. Cucumber tomato salad tossed with house-made balsamic dressing. Organic baked sweet potato fries tossed with rosemary and thyme and drizzled with raw honey.
Bruschetta Chicken + Wild Rice Pilaf + Beet & Goat Cheese Salad & Lemon Mint Dressing
Organic chicken baked in butter and tossed in house-made bruschetta made with tomatoes, white onions, and fresh basil. Wild rice pilaf, simmered in organic chicken broth and seasoned with bay leaves and thyme sprigs. Beet and goat cheese salad tossed with mint, basil, and crushed almonds and served with house-made lemon mint dressing.
Farmer’s Market Meal
It’s a surprise!!! But it’s going to be a delicious surprise that supports your local economy. We are going to be working with farmers in the Willamette Valley to source a meal made with ingredients found at your favorite farmers markets. We’ll announce exactly what it will be on our Instagram stories the Saturday before.
All of Nourished Beginnings’ food is prepared without gluten containing ingredients however; our food is prepared in a facility that may have gluten containing food prep on other days when Nourished Beginnings isn’t using the kitchen.
Most of our food can be made dairy free. If you would like your food to be dairy free please specify each time you place an order. For certain meals we may substitute a different dish in order to accommodate your needs. We’ll be in contact with you if this is the case.
