Pulled Pork Mac ‘n’ Cheese + Ranch Wedge Salad

Were we drinking red wine or eating quinoa? We’ll never tell. But we’ll tell you that our pulled pork with agave sweetened bbq sauce is going to be really delicious mixed into our gluten free, baked mac ‘n’ cheese. Served with a crunchy wedges salad and our house-made olive oil base ranch dressing.

Beef Stew + Polenta + Pickled Ginger Carrots

It’s that time of year again! Holly’s famous beef stew, loaded with hearty vegetables and locally raised beef. Organic house-made polenta, and sweet and spicy quick pickled ginger carrots.

Farmer’s Market Meal

Every Saturday Holly & Gabbi go to the Silverton Farmer’s Market and find the best produce and meats to make a delicious local meal for you. It’s a delicious surprise that supports your local economy. We’ll announce exactly what we’re making Saturday after we go to the market, so make sure you’re on our email list or following us on insta.
